2003 Saturn Vue engine swap question?

I have a 2003 Saturn Ion 2.2 ecotec engine, and a 2005 Saturn Ion 2.2 ecotec engine, and am wondering if I can swap either of these engines into a 2003 Saturn Vue, which came with a 2.2 ecotec;

Both of these engines, came with standard transmissions, and the 2003 Saturn Vue also had a standard transmission, and was FWD;

I prefer the 2005 engine as it had very low mileage, can anyone advise?

That engine is also in the Chevy Cavalier, and most likely in the Chevy Cobalt.
