Power problems

04 Saturn Vue replaced terminal on battery cause it was dieing while driving it thought that was the problem but still won't run very long it just dies and has no power after that the positive terminal does get super hot any help would be awesome

...check voltage at battery , while the vehicle is off, then while running, should tell you if its battery or alternator, hope that helps, DC.
