What Is This?

I found this on Offer Up. The seller is asking $300.00. Its listed as a 'Saturn 1'

My first impression guess: To me it looks like a Star Wars inspired Light Saber (without the humming lazer). I can tell that the initial Saturn logo font was Star Wars inspired design and from that era. Maybe it was a give-away promotional item. I really have no clue. Notice the american flag design on the top surface.

Maybe its a candlestick?

Due to the shape and name I'd guess it's related to the Saturn 1 rocket.

It looks like half of a Nunchaku carried by NASA astronauts as a sort of a precursor to “Space Force”.
$300 is a bargain!

I still have lots of questions. Especially, "why?" and "Why $300.00?" and "Why a Saturn?".

It's so expensive because there are electronics inside, and the case is machined and polished. It's not some casting.

I think the Saturn reference implies hi-tech as in the Saturn V rocket. And with the popularity of Star Wars stuff, it kind of looks like a light saber in the picture. But it's obviously a lot smaller in real life.

The nipple that you breath through screws into the hole in the end with some kind of heater.

I don't know all the technical names of all those parts, but smokers love those things because it allows them inhale nicotine in public buildings where they can't smoke the "real" thing.
