2003 Saturn ion p0700 and p0747

My Saturn seems like it is stuck in 3rd gear. I had autozone check it out and they gave me the codes p0700 and p0747. The Saturn seemed to run fine when I would shift from park to "I" or "L" gear but from going to park to "D" it would drive as if it were starting out in a higher gear meaning that it drives really slow until 30mph and the. It would be fine. I had a mechanic inspect the car after I got the codes and he said it needed a new trans. I got a new trans and it is still doing the same thing. The car is still giving the same codes as well. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Is the trans a VTI OR AF23 5 SPEED ?
Is the Ion a coupe or 4dr ?
What are the real codes (P0747 is not listed)
