Default Replaing 2002 Saturn LW 300 rear O2 sensor's

Finally got a service engine light with my issue and took it to the garage and they connected the computer and say both rear O2 sensors are bad. It has had random loss of power and stalling. Does this sound correct. And if so how hard are they to change. It's about $200 for both sensors.

Yes, O2 sensors can cause the problems you've described.
Changing O2 sensors is not hard, they're basically a "bolt" that screws into a threaded hole in the exhaust pipe with some wires coming out the end that need to be connected.
