Sad Seat belt prob in 91 SL2...

My first post! Anyway, can the latch (female part) of the passenger side seat belt be replaced w/out taking out the seat to remove the flat metal piece it is anchored to. I haven't tried to pry it (the latch) apart to see what holds it together in case there's an easy way to disassemble it. TIA.

Welcome to the board.
The seat belt is not serviceable. If it's buggered then best to get a new one. You don't want to be taking chances with a safety item like this.
