Hi, I figured out of the 11 guys that bought this after you guys got together on your little blog that you had a little sense even after you sent a question asking about it ?? We sell a lot of Saturn parts and you should know first hand how hard they are to find now. All you guys got your money back and should think before you say we are dishonest and leave negative feedback.

I do want to apologize for the experience you had with our eBay store with your recent purchases. We do pride ourselves on our service and price. I would like to clarify some things.

We partner with eBay/Nexpart/WHI to catalog and list our inventory on eBay. We have over 5 Million dollars of inventory in one location. We provide our inventory, Quantity and Price. They handle everything else regarding the listing. Now with anything there are holes in it. When that happens we do all in our power to correct it but with these sales being on the weekend we didn’t find out until Monday. As soon as we found out we took action.

We do take responsibility for our listings, that’s why we refunded and emailed everyone to let you know of the issue instead of just sending the part.

I do want to try and make it right, I can offer 1 each 21012185 for $50.00 shipped. Please Let me know if anyone is interested.

It was a mistake and we all make them, I think their bigger error was saying ebay does the listings which pretty much got us all po'ed.

These sellers are all a joke Ebay removes our negative feedback now? Offering the mounts for cheaper is nice but how could he get away with keeping his rating up and removing our bad experience with him.

I dont know what this guy is doing but on my completed auction for this mount/nut theres a tracking number listed as if something was shipped do any of yous got a number???????

There are ways for sellers to buy off negative reviews and make them go away. I've come across this before - I think it is NetNeutral. EBay also has this information published....

Yep, Ebay doesnt want negative feedback period. They make money when someone buys stuff on their site. So, anyhting that prohibits them making money they will avoid. And that includes negative feedback.

The one upside is, they protect buyers. I had some deadbeat stiff me on a phone, and Ebay refunded my money. It took about 1 month, and a phone call to their support. Let them chase after the seller to get their money back.

I just dont understand now today I got the same message that everyone else got about buying the mount for $50 dollars shipped, He refunded me yesterday for my auction on the so called mount but it was really a nut, but I have a tracking number from this seller and the number shows a package departed there monday evening????? What the heck did he send me if anything?

NetNeutrals should contact all concerned likewise eBay but if you read the link I posted above the dealer has contracted with an outside bulk lister that eBay is discounting services to. With 43,000+ listings all at dealer list price you can figure out what is going on here as well as I can. The single item seller is subsidizing this with the higher fees. eBay wants to become the Amazon of junk.

No tracking number here so maybe you are getting a gold nut.

Yes, they are good on Buyer protection because the bank severely charges for charge backs and it is easer and cheaper to beat up on the minority of really bad sellers. If you read the PayPal terms of service it forbids chargbacks and PayPal will recover your funds.

Yes, eBay removes seller negative FB all the time for various reasons. As this is a large customer working through the bulk lister and the actual seller can point the finger at the eBay partner you can figure out the rest.

I'm on the fence about getting a mount for $50. Not a bad price, but don't really need one right now
