Default seat belt operation sl2 97 4 door

does any one have a link to diagrams or how to remove dust cover to get to seat belt on drivers side?
bottom stuck wont go in or out. top of lap belt still works. aug 5 2006

Is that the front or back seat? I don't have any diagrams, just words of advice. A panel removing tool is your friend, and more importantly, so is patience. Good luck.
