Default LW300 Fuel Pump

I have a 2002 LW300. 108,000 miles. Well maintained.

I am getting a gas smell from the rear seat area of the car.
Had it on the rack and I could not any signs of a leak, anywhere!

I would like to check the fuel pump for a leaking gasket or hose.

Is there any way to access the pump without dropping the tank?

Thanks for any help.

Nope. Presuming the smell is from the tank area just means confirming its not from the engine or fuel lines. You might want to read this recent thread; http://www.saturnfans.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=149301
