hi pierrot- good to hear from you. this seemingly simple job was a huge pain. the design of this was unnecessarily complicated. big problem was you could not see the c part of the c lip. it was actually inside the cover over the axle socket. only way to get it out was by feel with a pick longer than the regulator handle( i thought the regulator was the mechanism which raised the window). dont think the lisle tool designed to remove and install these clips would work. you needed to put the pick end inside the socket cup, raise the c part above the cup edge and then pull it out . seems to me that should have been described in the saturn shop manual. let me know what youre doing for fun. regards bob f
