Default Saturn of Natick?

Just wondering if anyone has used their service department and how the experience has been. I'm looking for a new retailer to bring my car to (in Massachusetts) for service.

I have used them before. They replaced my water pump and idler pulley. The people were quite nice, the work was done on time, and they will give you a free loaner car. Not to mention, their price was much less than the Saturn dealer near my house (Saturn of Lowell)

Usually I go to Saturn of Lowell, (closer to me), but oddly enough everytime I am there they invent a new $400 fix that needs to be done. Thus Saturn of Lowell is just for Oil Changes.

Additionally, I have gone to Saturn of Worcester a few times... I did not get the warm fuzzies when they were doing my oil change that they were inspecting the car for any other problems... Sort of the opposite of Lowell.
