Default Changed ATF, should I do it again?

As some of you already know, I have had a slamming problem in all gears when cold in my 94 SC2. I drained 5qts of ATF and replaced with 5qts of synthetic ATF. This unfortunately has not resolved the problem. It is intermittant and seems to fix itself after restarting the car several times. My question is : Should I change ATF again to get more of the old fluid out, or should I just take it to the dealer and take it like a man?

If you have the "reverse slam" problem, you shouldn't be using synthetic.

My car slams into every gear including reverse only when the temps are down.
If you shut the car off, its like the computer "reboots" and all is normal again.
Wolfman, suggested using the synthetic b/c of it's resistance to temperature change. If I had the "reverse slam" that everyone talk's about I believe it would be all the time no matter what the temperture. This I believe is cold weather problem b/c it performed flawlessly all year. It did this near the end of winter last year and went away.
