Default Turn Signal

I have a 04 ION Coupe. RT FR Turn signal does not blink. Replaced with known good bulb. Blue wire from connector does not have power when it should. Are there any known problems before I start to trace the wire. Also are there wiring diagrams on this site, Thank You

Everything works except right front. Inside and back blink faster

If you checked the socket with a multimeter, then start tracing, if you merely assumed because it's not flashing it has no power, try cleaning the contacts with alcohol and bending them out a little.

I checked the blue wire going in to the connector. I guess I start tracing .
