Default shock treatment

lately I have been getting a shock when i get in and out of the car - this did not happen when I first got the car. Can it be a new battery I got a few weeks ago ??

I believe it has to do with the relative humidity...or maybe the tires?

Whatís your í20? (thatís CB lingo from when I had the whip antenna mounted on my SC2ís big olí wing spoiler)

My F-350 Diesel always gives me a shock when I touch the door to close it after driving.
I just go with it.

Anyway, 12V is not nearly enough to penetrate through paint.

I'm going with the static shock option. My SL2 has started giving me a zap every now and then now that the weather is getting cooler. The drier the air the more likely it is to happen.

Happens to me all the time, in all my vehicles in the fall and winter. I just grab something metal on the way out before my butt leaves the seat. Usually the door frame.
