If that is what it really is gonna look like... well, I like it! I really like the dual sunroofs and I'm actually supprised yet glad to see the tail-light extensions Too bad it wont have the dent-resistant panels How do those rear doors open?

Those are pics of the CV1 concept. Is the Relay going to look like it or something?

i didn't think the relay will look like that. Those came out in 1999, and most likely weren't going to hit production. GM hasn't released any pics of what the minivans are supposed to look like.

The CV1 has a large number of Ion styling cues. And yeah, it was a non-production concept car. Edmunds has it referenced as what the Relay will look like, but no one really knows. And I doubt that a triple badger will have that many individual styling cues, unless Lutz really gets it right. Same platform, different body, different options... Here's hoping for the 3.5 V6.

Take a look at the styling of the front headlights. Anyone see the S series style at work here on the hood and front end....

If that is going to be what the Relay looks like, I definately like it. It has quite few styling cues from the Ion, S series. I am curious to see if that is what it actually is going to look like.

Im apologize you guys if this is not actually what the Relay will look like and it is a bit inaccurate saying its the Relay but I figure it will probably be pretty similiar, after all many concept vehicles are precursors to the production product and it is a seven seater family van.

Yeah...how they went from the CV1 to the VUE is beyond me but I'm glad that the CV1 did NOT hit the production line.

Agreed, CV1 was dope like Dopey. Some interesting ideas, but IMO ugly.

I'm with mikthehick on this one. The Relay won't look exactly like the CV1 concept from 1999. But I also wouldn't rule out some of its styling cues appearing on a production Relay van. The only way to know for sure is to hope a pre-production version debuts at one of next year's major auto shows.

I don't think it will look anythign at all like the CV-1. The relay is going to share the same sheetmetal as the Chevy/Pontiac/Buick versions, and I'm sure GM isn't going have a Buick that looks anything like the CV-1. As far as I know, the only differences between the Saturn/Chevy/Buick/Pontiac will be different front fascias, and slightly different interiors. Didn't Bob Lutz already say that the new minivans would be as similar to each other as the Dodge Caravan/Chrysler Town & Country...and those are REALLY similar! Also, the new vans are suppossed to be VERY agressive, and SUV like. The CV-1 is definately not.

The CV-1 is one of the UGLIEST concepts i've ever seen, so thank god it's not coming to any Saturn dealerships anytime soon!

Now the Sky on the other hand!

I'm sorry but that thing looks like someone blew up an ION sedan like a balloon.
