2001 L-Series 2.2L Sedan

L200 door adjustment
According to the Haynes manual, is possible to adjust the doors in an L200. There is a vague picture of 2 nuts which I can not find on the car. All the hinges are held by big rivets so how are the doors supposed to be adjusted?
