1-Did you try the suggestions I made in the link? What are the results?
2-Starting fluid sprayed into the intake is safe for testing. Go ahead and post results. 3-Before hunting for fuel pump ground, did you try the suggestions for testing fuel and pressure in the link?

Pretty good indication the fuel pump is dead then. Do you hear the pump run for a few seconds when you turn the key?
Dead fuel pumps are a fairly common issue with L's, or with all cars that have internal tank pumps for that matter.

Dead fuel pumps common?
What the OP hasn't stated is whether or not his fuel pump was replaced, based on previous posts. Or any history of the car to allow anyone a perspective of what he sees. Despite using a link about suggestions to troubleshoot a fuel issue, nothing concrete is forthcoming. Its easy to simply suggest locating one of two areas where the ground connections are for the fuel pump, rear brake light wiring or behind the rear seat but without any more feedback as to whether or not the OP actually tried wire jumping fuel pump relay terminals 30 and 87 and following up, this thread remains a mystery............................ Specific feedback is sorely needed at this advanced troubleshooting level.

Yes I have tried jumping the fuel pump relay and also tried swaping the relays with the working wiper relay.
