Default Replacing my 95 SL1 - Thank you for all your help!

Due to a new business venture, I'm replacing my 95 SL1 with a 2000 Nissan Frontier.

I just want to take the time to thank all the members of SaturnFans who have helped me over the past two years. I bought my SL1 with 97,000 miles and put over 30,000 mostly trouble-free miles on it. Besides all the basic maintenance, I only had to replace the transmission valve body due to reverse slam.

I have a new appreciation for original Saturns since owning one. They are without a doubt, one of the best kept secrets of the 90's. What other car company had a car that got 40 MPG (@ 60 MPH) in the 90's?

Things I like:
1. Canister transmission filter
2. Maintenance-free hydraulic lifters
3. Timing-chain (no belt to replace)
4. Easy to work on

Things I don't like:
1. Cheap Tupperware interior
2. Cheap seats / seat foam that fall apart, deform.
3. Bland handling (SL1), not made for carving up turns

I know GM is in major transition these days, but I don't support keeping Saturn operational unless they design and build cars again in American.
I don't support re-badging Opel's as Saturn's. This will not lead to Saturn designing and building cars again in America.

Thanks again!
