Default Happy holidays all

Hello everyone at saturnfans and happy holidays,
I just got back from driving my vue to the city and back,
I noticed the Service Engine Soon light came on but did not effect performance etc.
When I got home I scanned it and got the following code and live data,
P0431 Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
Freeze Frame Data:
Fuel Sys 1 CL
Fuel Sys 2 CL
Calc Load (%) 12.5
ECT (Degrees F) 177
STFT B1 (%) 4.6
LTFT B1 (%) 2.3
STFT B2 (%) -3.1
LTFT B2 (%) 4.6
ENG RPM 2000
VEH SPEED (MPH) 62
I cleared the code and it never came back and the wether outside is -3 degrees celsius anyone know what the issue is, I did replace the front catalytic convertor with a universal catalytic converter this summer, but I have been driving it regualrly since and this is the first time since I got a code.
Thanks

Update, I cleared the code and have been driving it and the code never came back yet, is it possible it was just a piece of rust, or debris passing through the system which gave it a unrealistic reading of - and set of the code
thanks

Are we discussing a 3.0 or 3.5 engine?

Freeze frame sort of indicates a 3.5 but the RPM of 2000 and speed or 62 indicates you were probably accelerating at the time (not in 5th gear).

Bank 2 fuel trim is markedly richer than bank 1 so you might have had a glitch with the upstream bank 2 HO2S.

Its possible the sensor could be fouled by a tiny piece of whatever sealant or thread locker was used when cat was replaced.

Thanks it's a 3.0 and i was accelerating at the time, it never came back so it may have cured itself or have been a piece of debris/sealent?
