Better living through silicon?

I've heard that you can get more hp by just replacing a chip in the computer...I have a 2000 SL2 and am interested to hear if anyone has any details on this:

1. Where do you get such a chip (assuming this is true)?
2. How much should they/it cost?
3. Can I install it myself without buying all the tools that Sears sells?

There is no chip for saturn.

1. jet sells one for saturns that made +/- zero hp over stock on the dyno.
2. too much money.
3. don't bother.

Jet sells a "chip".

They do the following:

1. Take your computer
2. Put a JET sticker on it
3. Send it back to you
