Turn Signal Relay

I'm just curious as to where exactly the turn signal flasher relay is? I'm having difficulty finding it.

There is no relay on these cars. The turn signal is computer controlled

So, my turn signals light up and flash just fine, but they are silent inside the cabin - no ticking noise. As I understand, such ticking is usually caused by a relay in the dash. Is that not the case with the 2008 Saturn Astra?

Do your Astras make a ticking noise when you use the turn signal? And if so, any thoughts on how I can get mine to make that noise?
