I have a 2005 Saturn Relay (3) reporting a B1516.
The battery, alternator, battery voltage sensor all have been replaced, and the terminals on the battery cable have been newly terminated with new terminals. Service Engine Soon light still goes on, and when code is cleared, the voltage drops from 14.2 to 14.7 regular operating voltage, to around around 12.8 - 13.0 volts. Clearing the code brings its back to regular voltage, until it fails the test exactly 2 minutes. New battery was tested and found good, as well as the alternator. I am at a loss and hoping its not the BCM. Any hints would be great. |
