Default Aftermarket ECU

any of you know if a MS3-Pro ecu would be plug and play for an SL1? and dont give me the twin cam lecture im well aware.

They're not plug and play, but were used in boosted twin cam applications.

so obviously Id have to flash it with something to get it to they dyno, but what i kinda meant by plug and play is if the wiring would match.

Custom wiring, no direct plug in solution exists.

No tuning solution is plug and play for an S Series, unless you can find a scam resistor on Ebay claiming it's some kind of power chip. Those should plug right in.

With a stock engine, even a standalone system and proper tune might net you all of a couple HP. The money would be better spent on oil in all honesty. Even on the twin cam engines there isn't a lot to be had, and with the SOHC even less.

For a stock S-Series, it is absolutely worthless.
Unless you are going to make a high compression build, or implement forced induction, take Signmaster's advice and buy some good oil...
