No. Valve float is when the valve does not fully close before the next cycle due to week or inadequate valve springs. In other words, it sort of "floats" in the open position. It usually occurs at very high RPM, 10,000 and up and with valve trains having a large mass such a push rod engines. No Saturn would ever see valve float unless there is something wrong with the valve spring(s).
