I'd think a longer strut would cause positive camber if anything. Stock normally when the car is in the air, the struts fully extended, the wheels will be slightly positive, then go slightly negative as the weight of the car compresses the struts down a bit.

That is pretty aggressive negative camber though, take some pictures around the knuckle & lower control arm.
