I see thread after thread about this, but can't find a detail.

My transmission is what I would call "harsh" when I DISENGAGE reverse. It's also "harsh" on a downshift, but I'm not certain if it's 4-3 or 3-2 shift - occurs almost exactly at 30mph slowing down.

All upshifts and other actions are silky smooth.

I'm not overly concerned with it, but just curious if this is what everyone calls "reverse slam".
