You can find a replacement/repair/substitute/repro for any part, if cost is no concern. Otherwise, you will need to acquire the tools and skills to do a wide variety of custom DIY fabrication. How serious are you about keeping this "pristine"?

If you have a specific part that is damaged or worn, post pictures and good description of what is wrong; we may be able to think of reasonable ways to solve the problem.
