Default Re: Fuel pump fuse has no power to it.

Okay. So I used a relay and fuse jumper to bypass the relay sending power directly to the pump. Pump kicks on and gives 45 psi reading for fuel pressure under the hood, yet the engine still doesn't turn over. The psi reading stays at 45 when I try to crank. I think I will have to replace the fuse panel for a permanent fix. That aside, any idea why the engine is still not be turning over? Could it possibly be that because I am bypassing the relay, the car won't start for safety reasons? I am getting around 11.5 volts to the pump.
