No on the P0733; that is strictly a trans issue.

Maybe on the P0172, but I kind of doubt it. I have let fuel sit for far longer than 6 months with no apparent problems. Carbs, EFI, diesel; none of them seem especially sensitive to that "old fuel" bogeyman.
