Re: AC Compressor Used vs. Reman or New
The 4 rear HVAC lines for my Suburban use these compression fittings when the lines need to be replaced. From the factory the lines are continuous front to back and are about 12 feet. When they...

Re: Im back <3 with a fun one
Here's what the inside looks like and what gets clogged up.
Perhaps your engine is running rich causing carbonization. Carbonization in the engine and exhaust is common in these cars when you...

Re: Im back <3 with a fun one
You have a GEN3 (2000-2002)? Your precat which is part of the exhaust manifold is plugged. You'll need to remove the manifold an rip out the core of the precat to regain flow. I've heard you can...

Re: and so it begins....
It was starter month for me; I also had to replace the starter on the Suburban in early April. It was more costly than the Saturn starter and I didn't have the convenience of the jump start. The...

Re: and so it begins....
Replaced the original starter on the 99 SL2 today when it wouldn't start for my daughter at school. Not bad, almost 23 years and 301K KM on it. We push started the car a couple times today until we...

Re: SC2 Help!
You may be able to move the seat covers and foam over to your existing seats so you have the best of both worlds. The back seat may not work out as well as the fronts though. You need the structure...

I'm not sure. It was just an observation based on my experience. I'd pull the head liner and see what's going on underneath. You'll be able to see both the sunroof and the seals at the doors and...

Re: Water Leak in Headliner Area
That's the exact place where water pooled when I left my sunroof open and it rained through the night. Water pooled there and left a water stain. My sunroof is fully operational and does not leak.

Re: Let's talk steering wheels
Not really, the same steering wheel is found in the Lotus Esprit, Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am and Chevrolet Camaro of the 90's era. I think Lotus still had that style into 2004. It think it...

Re: New to Saturn
150 in-lbs is equivalent 12.5 ft-lbs. I'm not sure which bolt's you are referring to, but if it is the 3 nuts that tighten to the studs on the timing cover, those studs are threaded into aluminum...
