I've read about them using a dodge harness that works and keeps on star working with the aftermarket headunit. this is why i haven't tried installing my double din pioneer yet.

I would check the back of the headunit to see of the wires match up to the amp. I can't find an internal wiring diagram/ output for the amp. there should be a crossover that separates the Highs from...

you might be able to use the speaker wires that are there already. I'd run better wires while i was there, you'll definitely need to run better power and grounds.

you'll have to bypass the factory amp when you install an aftermarket amp then run all new wires to the doors. it's a pain in the as but totally worth it.
