Where to find rebuilt engines?
I have a 99 SL2, 160K miles, and I've had a bad ring for awhile now, and it's burning more and more smoke now. Did the compression test, and I don't remember the number, but it was below 100.

99 SL2 Rack and Pinion question
I took my car in last week to get inspected, and it passed inspection, but they told me at the same time that I had a small leak in my rack and pinion.
I don't know a lot about cars, so not sure...

Codes P1624, P0748, P1584 ?
I took my car to the transmission shop yesterday, and I just called and these are the codes that came up. Anyone know what they are? I know that P1624 is a 'snapshot', but don't know what it means.
