Re: Swapping clusters on a 3rd gen

Re: Anyone seen or have a 91 or 92 SC 5 sp for sale?

You will be hard pressed to find any 91 or 92 model year Saturn Sport Coupes left. The 91 model year, in of itself, was a different engine setup- in that it didn't have the upper motor mount, and...

Re: What size clips hold the air dam under the radiator?

The air dam, is really just there for air flow.

I can't tell you how many of them I removed from my cars.

Honestly- you will have better air flow for the bottom front of the engine and...

Re: 2001 Saturn SL2 wheel shaking noticeably over 50 MPH

Check your wheel lugs too. If they are warped, they can shear off. I would bet one of them, if not more- may be getting ready to break off.

Had to replace them many times in the past. They...

Re: 2002 SL2 battery light

What is the CONDITION of the batteries in each car?

Are they new? How old? If they are older then 4 years old... they should be replaced.

It's possible too- to have a bad cell in a newer...

Re: Adding to the Tool Box

If/when you do the Water Pump... it's much easier to get to the bolts from underneath, in my experience (24 years worth of wrenching)....

Also- it's much easier to get the 3 bolts loose to the...

Re: Cooling system problem?

Yes- change out the T-Stat. While you are changing that... it's also good to check the Water Pump, and clean out/flush out the coolant tank. Sometimes the float device that is in the coolant tank...
