swapped the ignition coils around to see if the misfire would move, the p0303 is gone and now i am getting the p0300 multiple misfire, my code reader is also saying the engine timing is 15 degrees...

Fuel pressure is 45 psi at the schrader valve.

The compression test was performed dry, i put a bit of oil in each cylinder and did the test again they were all around 210 +/-5. have to borrow a fuel pressure gauge from the parts store tomorrow....

Plug wires are in the correct order. It is my understanding that if the 2-3 ignition coil is having issues then both the 2 and 3 cylinders will have issues. The #3 plug looks like it is burning...

Have good spark on all cylinders, compression is 180 plus across the board, thought the #3 injector might have been the culprit, but after cleaning all of them and swapping then around the conditions...

Pulled the lifters out. The ones on #3 were collapsed so i just replaced them all, took care of the tapping noise.
