I'm not with the car at the moment to check the tensioner arms but will do so ASAP. How about the compressor clutch? Could that cause the belt to jump off?

All the pulleys move freely except the large bottom pulley. It made a sound like rocks rumbling around before the belt came off.

Okay well running live data it shows my RPMs arranging between 1090 to 1109. And it says my TP percent is between 5.9 and 6.3 and I've also got the following three codes p0710 trans fluid temperature...
