Ok I checked that ...I removed the valve out and apply 12v using two wires connected to battery and it valve does close good.

Now what else could be wrong? fuel tank pressure sensor ? if yes...

I have replaced solenoid vent control valve. Changed fuel cap.
Checked hoses to and from to this valve up to just before fuel tank(evap canister)

I have seen some people have used epoxy to solve the problem at least temporarily....I have tried various epoxy including jb weld , autozone sold epoxy for plastic , loctite for plastic ..nothing...

I am trying to troubleshoot EVAP system and looking for a little advanced scan tool which can open and close evap vent solenoid or (other solenoid ) in future.

So this suggests that if we block that nipple at intake and totally discard that hose between reservoir and overflow tank...it should be fine at least temporarily?

Ok with the nipple broken at intake ...and return line not attached (open hole in intake) how long one can drive (yes it will leak ...but not sure how bad)

Ok so if I understand correctly .....I have to let reservoir cap loose so instead of returning to intake ...coolant will get out of tank correct? and if I keep the fan running by turning on AC/blower...

Just to give little more info...
There is no consistency as to how long it will drive before it dies. Sometimes it last for 40 miles and sometimes just 10-15 miles before it dies.

Car dies while driving when it hot/warm ..has nothing to do with timing correct?
could it be coolant temperature sensor because it is related to temperature?

When it is cold ...no crank ...until I try to start like 5-7 times...but when it is hot ...it starts right away...

Do u think anything in the automatic transmission might prevent it from starting?

Yes with key in on position ..I checked the connector has 12V so now I think its most likely the solenoid
