I always gap the plugs every oil change. OEM specs are 0.035 in or 0.9 mm.

Plugs tend to increase in gap as they are used, from my experience.

Thanks for the comprehensive summary and the work that you've put into this.

Curious as to why the plugs are gapped to that .4 size.
