The diagnosis related to the intake manifold gasket. The vacuum leak was found there so the manifold was removed. They saw that I had installed the gasket incorrectly resulting in the vacuum leak....

Correct name the for junction: Inlet Assembly. The pipe is referred to as the Radiator inlet pipe.
