Good sugestions, I didn't really take the brakes into consideration. I'm putting slotted roters up front, so that would look tight behind the rims, but those drums would look prety sorry with too...

After the box was all built, there were a few 1mm or so crack at some of the joints. So, I put some Liquid Nails on the cracks and pressed it into the crack with a putty knife. Not the professional...

It is a tight fit for sure, but it will go. Mine dosen't just drop right into place, it takes som "pursuading" to get it into place. I even considered letting some air out of the spare to get it in...

It's certanly a challange, but you need to start with accurate mesurements, of course. Then, run a line of wood glue at every joint. Use at least 2" drywall screws and run they every 2 - 3". I did...

Seeing that you don't have an owner's manual, perhaps you are not setting it correctly. You first have to turn the cruise control on (light on), then press and hold briefly the minus ( - ) button....
