Owner's manual should explain towing front wheel drive. My L300 was towed with front wheels off the ground recently. My guess is this is one way but towing privately would probably use tow dollies...

Do not start the engine. Just turn on ignition. The pcm will run the fuel pump for 2-3 seconds then shut down if the engine isn't started. All GM EFI systems runs the pump this way for safety....
