There are plenty of posts but not one that matches this description fluttering at a higher MPH. The plastic wheel in the odo has been busted for at least 5 years....

Hazards no longer work. Any thoughts. I swapped the fuse to no avail. The switch-button does not stick. Is there a Hazard Switch like the Back up switch?

When I hit 70mph the needle starts twitching at 60 MPHs.
Passive Restraint works. Odo does not, gas guage is shorted as typical.
Any thoughts? VSS?

There are a lot of small vaccuum leaks that could cause this. Maybe your model and year can get us thinking.

Its an iterative process. Try swapping relays - hood junction box. And try jumping it again. Then check the wires for corrosion. No corrosion. Replace the fan. It can be DIY.

Yes you can do it yourself. Have the Chilton available. Make sure you have all of the right tools. It took me 4 hours or so. So of the bolts were on tight. A large pry bar with socket worked...

Sounds like your hydraulic clutch assembly. Check to make sure there is fluid in it. It can be a DIY - at least for my old 1st gen.

I tried the carquest brand, I am not quite sure it was up to standards. Satty/GM brand is heavier - so use that one.

I am with Wcook. Take the tire off and check the indicator. Maybe its just wet or dusty. 15k sounds very low. They should go well over 70k. My first went over 90k miles.
