I remember when I installed the new bearing it kinda "rested" in the fork but did'nt by any means snap in real tight. The old one went in a but more snug, but it was'nt firmly held in place either....

In neutral I hear the clacking sound of what I figure is the bearing? Stepping on the clutch pedal makes the noise go away.
The gear noise appears mostly pulling away in first and 2nd. Don't really...

BTW, I changed the tranny oil to Mobil1 today and even did an oil change and it still sounds the same.
Sound seems to dissapate at speed. But pulling away at low speeds it sounds pretty bad....:x

What happens when a throwout bearing fails???
I think my 5 month old replacement LUK throwout bearing is acting up for some odd reason. If I push in the clutch pedal the clackety noise goes away. If I toggle the clutch pedal to where is just off...
