Re: LUK Clutch Master Cylinder now different product?

Just got notified that Amazon will not post my review in which I quoted the responses from LuK saying that what I received is not their product. So if you buy from Amazon, just know that there is a...

Re: LUK Clutch Master Cylinder now different product?

Two different LuK reps told me the units are supposed to be plastic, but I can't help but wonder if LuK corporate didn't source units from China at some point. The first rep responded to me on Amazon...

Re: LUK Clutch Master Cylinder now different product?

Great, thanks for the tip. Mine's not installed yet so I'm thinking of doing this proactively.

Re: 2002 Saturn SC2 Gasoline Odor Problem

The fuel line can rot but when mine did ('96 SL2) the spraying gas was pretty obvious. Have you had it on a lift?

Re: '98 SW2 Thermostat and fuel filter

OK, thermo/housing arrived today in a GM box, says Made in Germany on the P/N label and the thermo has Germany stamped into it. If it's a fake, it's a really good one. :)
It will be a bit before I...

Re: Wagon cargo net?

OK, thanks for the replies and insights. Looks like I'll skip this one. Our Edge had the envelope style which I actually found useful. I'll look for a 3rd party solution or maybe the Buick net...

Wagon cargo net?

My '98 SW2 has some attachment points back by the hatch that look like they were made for a net, but a search came up empty, or at least nothing current. Anything available?

Re: 98 SW2 5spd shift issue

The new unit arrived today, metal/Chinese... oh well. It does appear to have a bleeder screw on the slave, so I guess that's an improvement assuming it functions properly to begin with.

I can see...

Re: 98 SW2 5spd shift issue

Ok, thanks for the replies. I think I'll try bleeding via the slave when the weather gets warmer. Is the slave rod secured to the cylinder or will it fall out if I'm not careful? I assume it has to...
