Re: New to Saturn

Re: New to Saturn

I thought this was mentioned but didn't see it . . . you can buy an EGR gasket with a screen. It prevents the large chunks of carbon from the exhaust from getting into the EGR valve. Don't recall...

Re: New to Saturn

Ouch - usual recommendation here is the starter from DB Electric, around $40? or so

Do you mean Mercon V?

haven't checked specs, though...

Re: New to Saturn

I agree discs are easier to work on (and not as dirty) but on the other hand . . . Luke went 660k miles without ever changing his original drums

He just did not stop a lot :)

Still plan on...

Re: New to Saturn

You can buy in-channel, front pair window deflectors directly from Weathertech, for $60 + 15 shipping (going all 4 windows will run $100). They are available for both SL2 and SC2

I've been putting...

Re: New to Saturn

Now that I think about it, I've seen comments that you can switch all the 3rd gen body panels on an SL1/2 with the body panels of a 2nd gen SL1/2 - which means all the mounting points are the same. ...
