Remove the bushing brackets. Remove the bushings using a pry bar as needed to pull the sway bar out to give you room to remove the bushings.
Install new.

Gas station no starts can be caused by over filling the tank and getting liquid fuel into the evap system. Cured by putting the fill nozzle all the way in and not topping the tank when the nozzle...

When replacing the rear calipers did you let the fluid in the master cylinder run out/dry/no more fluid in the master?
If so I would try pressure bleeding the entire system.

Cylinder #4 is the first one (front of engine) on the front bank.
On these Honda V6 engines out of adjustment valves can cause misfires.

You need to use a special tool mounted (and properly torqued) at the front of the engine to hold the chain sprocket in place. If not used then you will have issues with the chain tensioner extending...

Just to be sure....serpentine belt or timing belt?
Unless they really screwed up hard and heavy there would be very few ways to stop the car from starting after a serpentine belt replacement....

The idler pulley mount/support is part of the timing chain cover. The condition yours appears to be in...not really there at all, means that you are looking at replacing the timing chain cover.
