If you are discussing the F5 issue in early S-series cars sharing this problem with Vues, no. Vues do not have the same wiring as S-series cars.

With service manuals, you have a better chance of solving this problem because of familiarity with wiring, knowledge of wiring diagrams, and ability to use a multimeter. Hopefully a solution is found.
