FWIW, the condenser fan is called a "pusher" fan, and the radiator fan is called a "puller" fan. It seems unlikely that your condenser fan is moving a significant amount of air forward (if at all)...

I would tend to agree with you that the draining of the reservoir tank in such a short time seems very unusual especially if it did not create a noticeable amount of smoke from the exhaust system....
