Re: 2003 Vue, 2005 Vue or kiss Saturn goodbye?
Was going on Bearing service #14 at 128K when I finally sold mine.

Re: rear top bar stoplight recall?
Site is blocked for spam.
I call it commonly the cyclops, any way works.
I converted 194's or 168's & used the old sockets to replacer the ones in mine, yet I find the 161's have longest...

Re: L300 Service Wrench with Brake Warning Lamp On
I like to leave much space ahead of me, but if you leave a car length someone thinks they are entitled to it further compromising my safety. Even jumping from the Vue to The Hyundai was different in...

Re: Newsworthy VUE...
Says it's never left the vehicle, but I wonder if he does the fluid exchange to Honda's or GM Specs.
Quite impressive, I wonder what the undercarriage looks like.

Re: 2 tires or Replace all four
A few years back, they (my oil change & sometimes tire dealer) refused to put the bad ones on the back per their independent study, I would think you want the traction in the front.

Re: L300 Service Wrench with Brake Warning Lamp On
TY, so is that the only 2 conditions that would set off the brake lamp? I had catastrophic brake failure in my '92 SSei (both lines) yet my brakes failed long before seeing the lamp or hearing the...

Re: L300 Service Wrench with Brake Warning Lamp On
Yes, exactly what it did in November, about 300 some odd miles ago. It seems like the Brake lamp trips the Service lamp, or vice versa. It did need front brakes & had low fluid at one point, yet we...

Re: Any ideas? BAD RIMS & FAKE CHROME
I found 2 cans of this, it's sort of a finish or overspray "leveler". It lasted for a couple years on my 5 spokes (after fine wet sanding) & the wheel surface started "hazing". Never used it on the...

Re: Any ideas? BAD RIMS & FAKE CHROME
No, this was a like a very thin lacquer coating so the wheel would have to be extremely clean, any brake dust would be sealed under it. I wet sanded the facings &/or used a 0000 steel wool then...

Re: Any ideas? BAD RIMS & FAKE CHROME
I never had issues with the front faux grill, I thought for sure salt & chemical would embed itself where the tinnerman clips attached that piece to the hood, & I'd see rust, but it held up well,...
