Re: 2008 Saturn VUE Pre-Production Testing in Arizona!

Yea I saw them in Tempe last week too. Right off of Rural south of the 60. They were loading up the trucks behind the embassy suites. Testing those white VUEs and some Auras. So basically they are...

Re: New Warranty 5 yr 100,000 miles

Yea it's pretty awesome. It makes u want to go out and buy a GM vehicle actually.... it's getting around that time for me.

Re: After much consternation...(aka Oh No! not another Polymer thread!)

You know I think Saturn went for this shift a long time ago, and any concerns voiced by customers will do little to change their minds. Of course Metal Saturns is something we have to get used to,...

Re: Older cars = no more parts....

I never knew that about parts, 10 years really isn't that long to have spare parts for a vehicle, that's the time when demand increases.

Re: Radio/CD player says LOCK

The quickest and easiest thing to do would be to take it to the dealer, they should help you, and most likely won't charge you for it.

Re: Why is the Sky off to a slow start

Yea it seems the SKY is really hot as far as demand goes, it has for sure outpaced production, none in my area really have any available.

Re: Saturn to Replace Ion with Astra in '07....I need to start saving!

I like the Astra, but i don't like the idea of blatant rebadgeing. I mean, it's a great car, but the least they could do is change the name. Severe laziness on GM's part. Hopefully there will be some...

Re: XE, XR Saturn designations

I like it, I never really liked the number system, like the Ion 1,2, and 3. I know it's simple, but I don't think that sounds very nice. I think XE and XR sounds a little better to me.

Re: Outlook Sneak Peek!!!

This is an excellent SUV, much better than most SUVS that I've seen out there. If I needed such a car I would definitely go for this one. I can't wait until I can see how it drives.

Re: Your thoughts

I think u'll be happier with the Saturn, it's more fun, and imo, more reliable than any j-body. Just make sure that you get one that's been well maintained.

Re: Good news!

Hey congrats! That seems like a good buy, especially at 3500 bucks! I'm sure it'll be a solid car.

Re: best looking saturn

Definitely the 2nd gen SC's, I like them a little better than the 3rd gens. The 3rd gens seems a little "fat" looking to me. However I think the best looking Saturn will be the SKY after it hits the...

Re: to buy or not to buy - '97 sc2

It's a good price, especially with a warranty. Not EVERY S-series burns oil, but like amazinghl said, stay on top of it to make sure. Also check out the sunroof, there's a good chance that it doesn't...

Re: Check out my car.....

Very nice and tastefully done. Love the wheels as well, and it sounds like you got an incredible deal on them too! How's the ride quality compared to stock? Are you done with the hood scoop? I'm...

Re: Oil: Check how often?

Most S-series owners check with each fill up. I check mine about once a week to be on the safe side, but it hasn't started burning oil yet. If yours start using oil, that you might need to adjust...

Re: Saw the new Aura and saw some changes

I wonder hoe 18 inch wheels will effect ride quality? Wouldn't shorter sidewalls equate to a bumpier ride? Nevertheless I can't wait to test drive it. This might be something I'd buy in the next year...

Sounds interesting to me as well. Do you work for a company, or is it more of a freelance kind of thing?

Re: Dealer wants $3400 for AT work on 2001 w/64k

I would definitely get a second opinion. Try a trusted mechanic or tranny specialist. I'm not saying that your dealer is trying to cheat you, but to be on the safe side you should get a second...

Re: Good News For Spring Hill

I know that this sounds good and dandy for Spring Hill, but I am worried about what "new vehicle" will be coming out of Spring Hill. I sincerely hope that it is a Saturn vehicle, and not come Chevy...

Re: '08 Opel/Saturn VUE- CarConnection Spy Shots

I'm a little concerned w/ the next gen VUE being Daewoo built. What is this going to do for the quality of Saturn? I don't think that the Daewoosthat were briefly sold here were known for their...

Re: Floor mats: Rubber or Cloth or BOTH?

I only have carpet mats during the summer time. When Winter comes, I add the rubber mats on top of the carpet ones.
