Since you fixed the leak, did you refill the brake/clutch reservoir and bleed the clutch system? How is the clutch pedal feel? If it feels spongy and not as firm, you might have air in the system...

I bought my Bilstein front struts from Autodoc UK Website.
They seem to have 3rd party piece that you are looking for.
Sorry, I just looked closer, they are out of stock too.

What were the Bilstein part numbers for your rear shocks and where did you order them from? Just curious... It's been difficult finding Bilstein parts for our cars here in the US....
